What is Odinala Invest?

Odinala Invest is a platform that offers simplified investments in real estate. Our mission is to democratize access to real estate investment opportunities, curated by a team of real estate professionals. Investors in the diaspora across the globe can buy into the African real estate market through our fully-compliant platform. We enable clients to invest no matter how they wish to. On our platform investor can choose from three main purchasing categories, these are: Outright/independent Purchases : Investors can invest in real-estate through a one time payment to our partnered propety developers. Recurring Purchases: Investors can invest in real-estate through a payment plan that can be agreed with the propety developer, these can be for 6 months, 12 months, 18months and in some cases up to 3 years. Tokenized Purchases: Investors can invest in real-estate by buying shares/fractions of the property. The property will be held by a registered LLC and investors will own fractions of this, thus earning their share of the rent or income when the property is sold.
